Knack Digital Marketing Subscription Terms and Conditions

Last updated: June 8, 2026

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your subscription to social media and content strategy services provided by Knack Digital Marketing ("Knack," "we," "us," or "our"). By subscribing to any Knack subscription plan, you agree to these Terms.

1. Subscription Plans and Services

Knack offers three subscription tiers: Starter ($199/month), Growth ($450/month), and Premium ($850/month). Each tier includes a specific set of deliverables outlined on our website at the time of subscription. Deliverables are based on the information you provide during onboarding and may vary in format. We reserve the right to modify the scope of any plan with thirty (30) days' notice to existing subscribers.

2. Billing and Payment

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. By providing your payment information, you authorize Knack to charge your designated payment method on a recurring monthly basis at the rate associated with your selected plan. All payments are non-refundable except as explicitly stated in Section 4. Failed payments will be retried automatically. If payment cannot be collected after multiple attempts, your subscription will be suspended until payment is resolved.

3. Subscription Term and Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically each month on the anniversary of your initial subscription date. There is no minimum commitment term. You may cancel at any time, with cancellation taking effect at the end of your current billing period.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing [your email] or through your customer portal. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will retain access to deliverables for that cycle. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months or for unused portions of any billing period. Refund requests outside of this policy will be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information during onboarding and ongoing communications. Timely responses to information requests, content approvals, and feedback are necessary for us to deliver your subscription effectively. Delays in your response may impact delivery timelines, and we are not responsible for missed objectives resulting from incomplete or delayed information from you.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment for a given month, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the content and strategy materials delivered to you during that month for your business purposes. Knack retains ownership of all underlying frameworks, methodologies, templates, and processes used to create your deliverables. You may not resell, redistribute, or repurpose Knack deliverables for use by any business other than your own.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business information shared during the course of the subscription relationship. This includes business strategies, customer data, financial information, and any other proprietary information.

8. Results and Performance

Knack provides strategic guidance, content, and recommendations based on professional expertise and industry best practices. We do not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to follower growth, engagement rates, website traffic, sales, or any other performance metric. Social media and content marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including platform algorithms, your industry, your execution, and broader market conditions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Knack's total liability arising from or related to your subscription is limited to the amount you paid to Knack in the three (3) months preceding the claim. Knack is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or business opportunities.

10. Termination by Knack

We reserve the right to terminate your subscription at any time, with or without cause, by providing notice via email. In the event we terminate without cause, you will receive a prorated refund for any unused portion of your current billing period.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers via email at least thirty (30) days before taking effect. Your continued subscription after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Your State], without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your subscription will first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration in CO or MN.
